After a 3 day workshop on boat engine mechanics we finaly got an very energy efficient mercury pushing us downstream. Most of the crew is pritty landsick by now, even though the rumanian hospitality, with fresh cheese and homegrown food, is overwehlming. So we  are getting ready to steam again. Well, the Danube Piratas and Piratos returning from their winter break back from shore to the river. We found our old Keks a little crumbled but still tasty on the bank where we left it last year. Striped clean ZarapZarap but in good shape. Even the metal wires for the stearing where mistakeingly held for silver and taken off. So after a good couple of days of renovation and workshops we got a few new ad ons on board. Illie built an Dacia altenator onto a bike to gain electricity as well as fitness unites on board. The Multimedia department on is equiped with some recording devices, an FM emmiter and stereophonic gadgets. We decided against building another float together with our romanian friends and instead upgrade the existing raft to accomodate as space for the projekt.
